I totally agree, Nathan, especially since I'm also a technical editor! Editors of all sorts are seeing that books and articles just aren't being edited at all.</description>

		<description>I am a retired technical ditor. I've noticed a decline in the number of editors in book publishing. When a writer completes a book, more often he or she is responsible for its editing. If the book is accepted, it is often published as is. The result has been more books with spelling and grammatical errors.</description>
