Three guys with missile codes fell asleep in a room. Together, I assume. And at night? And why? There is so much more I want to know. This story has some critical parts missing. For security reasons, I’m sure.
Brings to mind Dr Helen Caldicott’s recounting of how in 1995 the world was on the bring of nuclear war because the disorganized Russians had somehow lost a notification about a satellite launch, were interpreting it as an attack, and how Jelzin withstood the urging of two generals not to initiate a retalitatory launch of their arsenal. Their time window was a few minutes. Miraculously, Jelzin was not comatose at that particular moment…
Damn it, we’re still on the bring of nuclear annihilation, and stupidity, malfunctions, and misinterpretations can end life any minute. Forgot the number of ICBMs still on hair trigger alert.

Scary stuff, but I can’t touch the credit card.
