Even though literally a quarter of my living relatives live in your lovely city of Toronto, I know nothing of your culture, especially this word, Timbit. And even finding out the meaning (donut hole), I fear you have picked up some management practices from your neighbors down south: fire first, ask questions later. You really can’t buy PR this bad.
