		<description>ohmylord. I was in customer service for ten years, and if I'd had to sell anything I wouldn't have lasted more than 1. That just sucks. I feel sorry for the employees. The best thing consumers can do is just flat out not buy the products. That's the only thing that will force companies to do something else.</description>
