My parents love to fly Jet Blue. I’ve flown them several times, and like them well enough. I’ve never experienced a delay with them, but it helps when the flights are direct. I used to fly Continental all the time, and they were my favorite; problem is that now their flights are simply too expensive. Alaska/Horizon is probably my current favorite. Of course, my experiences with them are nice because in general, I’m only flying them to California or Nevada or Seattle - 90 minute trips aren’t too wearing.

Flying direct seems to help a lot.
