Interesting conversation about Gen X vs Gen Y. I started a program in my office that trains/teaches the new interns (the vast majority of whom are Gen Y, while I am Gen X at the ripe old age of 32) about workplace stuff as well as architecture stuff. I realized theneed for this after I became licensed as an architect and realized how many things I wish I'd known back in the day.
