I can’t edit this post easily, but I wanted to leave a note for myself on how you can’t necessarily judge the quality of life that another being has based on her parts. This is, after all, a dog without any front legs, who seems to manage really well.

Thanks for viewing it! I really like the idea of being able to shift how we think of “normal” and hence “valuable” and “valid.”
