		<description>Certainly, however, employers of high stress jobs should be under some degree of obligation to take a realistic approach towards the nature of their business.  If they don't, then they have no right to gripe about high turnover.  I would think it much more cost-efficient and time saving to preserve the employees they have rather than having to constantly train and employ replacements.</description>
